The Monumento al Campesino in Lanzarote have organised some special events this summer, starting from the 17th July to the 2nd October.
Called the Plan de Dinamización Verano 2016, the different activities taking place at the visitor centre in San Bartolomé are based on traditional Lanzarote values and gastronomy.

The Monumento al Campesino is free to visit, the restaurant is open every day from 12:00 to 16:00 serving local products from Lanzarote. The cafe is open from 10:00 to 18:45, and the gift shop which sells a wide range of wines from Lanzarote from 10:00 to 18:00.
